It is our company’s goal to establish higher benchmarks for quality HOA management services for our clients. We are not a “Property Management company”; we are an HOA Management partner. “Property Management companies” often perform the mere basics in management to generate the highest profit to their company, rather than putting the time and effort into partnering, discussing and planning ahead with the Board of Directors, which generates a disconnected and distasteful relationship for community owners. We understand that unplanned events do occur on occasion and H&H Management LLC takes a more proactive partnership approach in order to keep unscheduled and unplanned events to a minimum.
